Have a whopper weekend with our guide of the best things to do

If you're anything like us here at entertainment.ie, you've already got that Friday feeling coursing through your body right now reading this. Hold on, you're nearly there!
But - what's new for you to do this weekend, you ask? Well, luckily for you, we've teamed up with Burger King to ensure you have a whopper of a weekend with five fresh picks to keep you busy for the next few days.

So, whether you're in the mood for a chilled one, a night on the town or an escape to the cinema, we've listed five big things that should be on your radar.

'Jurassic World: Dominion' | In Cinemas
The gang are getting back together for this last hurrah in the 'Jurassic World' trilogy. Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum are all reprising their roles from the original movies and if you had any love for the 90's classics then this is definitely worth a watch.

'Dominion' takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live—and hunt—alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history's most fearsome creatures.

Nina Conti - The Dating Show | Vicar Street
The quick-thinking British comedy award-winning queen of ventriloquism brings you her pioneering, dating-infused live show. There’s no promise that true love will be found, but a firm guarantee that big laughs will be had in the reign of this voice-throwing queen.

Conti will be playing TLT in Drogheda on Friday, The Lime Tree in Limerick on Saturday and Dublin's Vicar Street on Sunday. Tickets can be bought here.

'Hustle' | Netflix
If you're a fan of sports drama then look no further than 'Hustle', new to Netflix this weekend. Adam Sandler stars in this gripping drama in a role that sees him once again stray from his wacky comedic bits into a more sophisticated character. And he pulls it off in a barnstorming performance as Philadelphia 76ers scout Stanley Sugerman on the lookout for the next big thing to bring to the NBA.

Under pressure from the board, Stanley comes across a real talent in Spain, named Bo Cruz. All he has to do now is get him in the draft, but it's never as easy as it seems.

'Waitress' | Bord Gais Energy Theatre
Fan of musicals? Get yourself down to the Bord Gais this weekend to check out 'Waitress'.

The story follows Jenna, a waitress and expert pie-maker who dreams of some happiness in her life. When a hot new doctor arrives in town, life gets complicated. With the support of her workmates Becky and Dawn, Jenna overcomes the challenges she faces and finds that laughter, love and friendship can provide the perfect recipe for happiness.

Brought to life by a ground breaking, female-led creative team, this "warm, witty, wise and hilarious" (Express) hit features "one of the best scores in years" (The Stage) by 7-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles (Love Song, Brave), a book by acclaimed screenwriter Jessie Nelson ('I Am Sam') and direction by Tony Award® winner Diane Paulus ('Pippin', 'Finding Neverland').

'A Little Cloud' | Bewley's Café Theatre
Bloomsday is coming up soon and what better way to get in the mood then to watch this play unfold in the beautiful setting of Bewley's Café theatre.

A Little Cloud is a short story from James Joyces' Dubliners, adapted by Patricia Browne. This contemporary adaptation sees the story unfold in modern-day Dublin. We follow the journey of Little Chandler, as he leaves his office and makes his way through the streets of Dublin to meet an old acquaintance, the charismatic Gallaher, whose success is evident, albeit surprising. This re-awakens aspirations that Little Chandler once held of having his own writings published one day. He rushes home with renewed enthusiasm to start writing again. But will his 'unfortunate timidity', continue to dog and define his life?
